At The Mom Era Shop, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Important Notice: At this time, we only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States. We are unable to accept returns for orders shipped outside of the U.S.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Original tags must still be attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original clear garment packaging with the SKU label.

  • We do not offer exchanges.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. The first day of the return window begins on the date the tracking information shows the package as delivered.

For orders shipped in multiple packages, the 7-day return period begins after the final package has been delivered.

Items must be shipped back within 7 days after your return request has been approved to qualify for a full refund.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Beauty products

  • Bodysuits

  • Face masks

  • Intimates/Lingerie

  • Jewelry

  • Swimwear

  • Open Pack Wholesale Orders

  • Any item marked as Final Sale

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return request has been reviewed, we'll provide instructions for returning your item.

Policy Updates

The Mom Era Shop reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to future orders.
